| We
are an organization providing financial, educational,
spiritual and morale boosting support to Marines wounded
in Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan and Operation
Iraqi Freedom and their families. Joshua's Mission will
provide this support by inviting the general public, corporations,
all businesses, churches, and other agencies of all types
to make donations to our organization. The funds will
be disbursed to the family members who meet certain criteria
that will be outlined on succeeding pages of this document.
These moneys will be used to defer the cost of transportation,
lodging, meals, and other expenses involved in travel
to the hospital where their Marine is being treated,.
As the fund grows, we are planning additional financial
support, to be outlined at a later point in time, and
issued as deemed necessary. We plan on extending the benefits
to other branches of the Military Service as the funds
grow. This can only happen when everyone gets onboard
with our cause.
Our
wounded Marine Warriors and their families deserve our
help!
They
have given so much, now we need to give back! That is
what Joshua's Mission is all about.
Joshua
returned from Iraq physically well, Praise God, but
many have and will not. We all HAVE to help them!!!

To
further show appreciation for our Marine's sacrifices,
a Joshua's Mission representative will also go to the
hospital to visit the injured Marine one on one and
their family member to offer spiritual support, friendship
and understanding in an effort to boost their morale.
A package of personal care and entertainment items will
be given to the Marine during one of these visits. Our
brave Warriors come from the military hospital in Germany
with no personal effects, only the medical equipment
supporting them and the hospital gown they have on.
Therefore we will give them personal care items, robes,
pajamas, slippers, and other clothes needed to wear
while recovering. In an effort to have as much money
as possible available for disbursement for family use,
we will ask for donations of these items.

IS CONFIDENTIAL.
Referral
and help services will also be provided for active and
non-active duty Marines and their families through links
on the web page. Non-active duty military must hold
an honorable discharge to receive financial aide.
Pat
Merkel AKA Patricia M. Merkel, the founder of Joshua's
Mission, Inc. is a licensed and ordained minister, as
well as a volunteer Chaplains Aide at the local Veterans
Hospital in Decatur, Ga. working with the Veterans.
Pat has been a local female business owner in the Atlanta,
Ga. area for the past 21 years with customers throughout
the United States and has over 20 years of business
management and sales experience in the Telecom Industry
in other companies in Georgia and New York.
